I am grateful to be working with a tattoo artist that understands and executes the business and customer service side of the experience.
I was called 2 days before to confirm the consult. Rich met me at the desk when I arrived 10 minutes early for the appointment. I brought in some artwork and we walked through everything and came up with a plan and made the appointment for the actual ink. I feel like he really “got” what I was going for. I was in and out of there for the consult in 15 minutes. Extremely pleased. I’ve seen his work on others and have been very impressed. Doesn’t look like I’ll be going back to Capital City anytime soon.
